Q1. When will the recurring charge applied on my credit card? 

A1. Credit card will be charged on the date when order is packed and ready to be pick up by USPS. 

Q2. How will my order going to be packed and shipped?

A2. Your order will be packed (with possible surprise gifts and/or coupons) inside a solid bubbled envelop and shipped via USPS First Class mail.

Q3. When will I expect to receive my first bracelet?

A3. First order of bracelet for that month will be shipped within 3 business days after order placed. The following months bracelets will be shipped before 3rd day of that month.

Q4. When will I expect the order to be delivered to me? 

A4. Ususally USPS will deliver your order within 3 - 7 days except national holidays.

Q5. Will I receive order and tracking information?

A5. Yes. You will receive tracking info. through emails after USPS picked up the order. You will be notified via emails if anything happen during the shipment.

Q6. Can I return or exchange VIP Bracelet?

A6. If you are not 100% satisfied with bracelet received, you have 2 options: 1. Keep bracelet with gift and get a $5.00 store coupon instead of the refund. 2.Request return bracelet (in good condition) to us (with freight at your cost) within 14 days and get full refund for that month.
