Return for refund value $20.00 or less is eligible to get store credit without product returned.

 What you need to do if you are not 100% satisfied with product or purchasing?

Click "Contact us" or email to sales@fionaaccessories.com with photo of product purchased and reason of requesting refund. Your request for refund will be reviewed within 7 business days and you will be contacted if more information required before processing refund. Store credit will be issued for product value $20.00 or less within 3 business days after approval. Credit card refund will be issued within 7 business days. 

Is there limitation of Return for Refund request?

fiona Accessories reserve rights including not processing your order if Return for refund had requested over 3 times within 6 month from first refund. Return for refund value over $20.00 will still require product(s) mail back and processing.

Can I ask exchange of damaged or unhappy product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept return product for exchange program. What you need to do is placing a new order.
