Return for refund value $20.00 or less is eligible to get store credit without product returned.

 What you need to do if you are not 100% satisfied with product or purchasing?

Click "Contact us" or email to sales@fionaaccessories.com with photo of product purchased and reason of requesting refund. Your request for refund will be reviewed within 7 business days and you will be contacted if more information required before processing refund. Store credit will be issued for product value $20.00 or less within 3 business days after approval. Credit card refund will be issued within 7 business days. Original shipping fee is not eligible for refund. 

Is there limitation of Return for Refund request?

fiona Accessories reserve rights including not processing your order if Return for refund had requested over 3 times within 6 month from first refund. Return for refund value over $20.00 will still require product(s) mail back and processing.

Can I ask exchange of damaged or unhappy product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept return product for exchange program. What you need to do is placing a new order.
