Do I need to login to place an order?
Order can be placed as an Guest account and a email address is required for updating order status. We recommend registering an account right on site or on next visiting with following benefits:
1. Check updated order status.
2. Click any order to review Order Details, Print Invoice and able to "Reorder" an product or the whole order.
3. Update Account information, Add additional Shipping Address or Payment Methods.
4. Check recently viewed products.
5. Check your Wish Lists.
6. Send a message to us if you need assistance.
How to check status of the order?
You will receive email notification if your order status changed. Suggest login to your account to view order status.
Can I cancel/change ordered products or shipping address?
Due to most orders usually get processed within 1~3 business days, we recommend contacting us within 2 hours by sending order message under your account settings or email your order# with at least one product style# to firstname.lastname@example.org. Order cancellation or alternation can not be processed after order starts processing in our system.
What is the shipping carrier and transit time?
We use USPS as default shipping carrier with standard shipping transit time 3-7* business days. Due to the Covid-19 impact, please be patient and aware of the estimate expected delivery date might be changed. Please contact us right away if you have trouble of tracing your package or need assistance.
Can I use my own shipping account?
If you are a retailer with a store front, please enter your UPS account# while Check-out step 3 Billing. If your shipping account not accepted by system, your order will be processed with our choice of either UPS Ground or USPS.
Can order be shipped globally and charged with local currency?
Unfortunately, our system can only accept order with USA based payment organization and both billing and shipping address in the United States. If you are an wholesaler or interested of being an representative, please contact us with brief information of your company and the purpose of your inquiry.
Can I resale purchased products in my E-commerce Store?
We strongly suggest contacting us in advance if you are not a fiona® Accessories authorized retailer. We do monitor all popular shopping platforms in order to prevent brand infringement or conflict of interest in any kind.
